I made the pasta using wheat flour, semolina flour, eggs and water. Not too bad for a first–timer, aye? Homemade pasta is time–consuming. Definitely not for the impatient. A friend has asked me to make wholemeal pasta next time.

You have spread out a lavish feast. Beautiful photos of mouthwatering dishes. How lucky you are! Of course, the skill and expertise that goes with it is enormous.
