East Meets West Spread

Homemade tagliatelle marinara with chicken patties.

I made the pasta using wheat flour, semolina flour, eggs and water. Not too bad for a first
timer, aye? Homemade pasta is timeconsuming. Definitely not for the impatient. A friend has asked me to make wholemeal pasta next time.

My sister's chicken chop served with black pepper sauce, potato wedges and coleslaw.

Mama's gravy for grilled turkey

Ostrich meat in soy sauce.

Ostrich meat tastes like beef, but richer and tender. It's high in iron, low in fat content and calories. Ideal for weight
watchers who love red meat.

Beef soup

Fried soft tofu

My sister's crabmeat mayo sushi

Baked macaroni for my uncle and his family

You're welcome, Joseph. The cooks were my mum and sister. :-)
