Hello Skyjuice:)

Sorry for not visiting you for quite sometime since my posts and discussions went in different direction altogether. Sometimes this is unavoidable because it gives me a chance to test my ideas with others and see what others think and believe. I suppose this how I will learn.

Lovely photos of mouth watering food. You family is blessed with wonderful cooks.

I am awarre of DOSA AND APPAM. There are many types of dosas made here such as palin dosa, egg dosa, ghee dosa, masala dosa, onion dosa, tomato dosa and so on. In fact one shop makes almost 36 varieties of dosas.

Appam is another favorite of mine which I eat with egg curry or vegetable curry.

I hope your studies are going on well.

Best wishes:)
Joseph

Hello Joseph,

You don't have to apologise. Write what you please on your blog. It is your blog after all. :-)

We call 'dosa' thosai here, and spell 'appam' as 'apam' or 'apom'. Over 30 types of thosai? Sounds like thosai heaven to me.

Thank you. My long semester break has ended. My third semester began yesterday.

Have a great week ahead! :-)
