Freshly baked

Glaze with Sunquick. Two coats will do.

Finally, a sprinkle of icing sugar on top before serving.

My sister hosted a mini cooking and baking session for four male cousins last weekend. Two of them studied elsewhere and are on a long break until end of next week. So, it was catchup time over lunch, tea and dinner.

We made jersey rolls, pizza, sushi and wantan (dumplings) during the day. The brothers also had sheesha at home. We had a good time.
