World On A Plate Day: Sushi
Spreading the cooked, short

grain Japanese sushi rice on top of
nori
(seaweed) sheet
Add a thin layer of mayonnaise on top
Place some crabmeat over the rice
Rolling up the
nori
sheet
Ready to be cut
Bite
–
sized crabmeat sushi
More crabmeat sushi
